YPS 174 Suppressor Module The YPS 174 is the standard Schottky field electron emitter module, which is equivalent in dimensions to both FEI and DENKA standard Schottky emitters. The suppressor can have a 400 or 500 μm aperture, but different dimensions can also be supplied. The emitter protrudes 250 μm from the suppressor electrode. |

The modules have a number of different dimensions and other advantageous features developed over a number of years at the University of York.
